The parent Company – Fire Gas & Kiln ( India) Private Limited was formed in 1978 and was engaged in manufacturing of all kinds of furnaces except Arc and Induction Melting Furnace. Later in 1991, FGK Thermal Private Limited was formed to specially take care of Kilns, Furnaces, Dryers & Lehrs for Ceramic, Graphite & Glass Industries.
The founder of this company is Mr. Anup Kumar Dasgupta who had served the company for 44 long years as Managing Director / Chairman. The Company is now headed by Mr. Arindam Roy ( Managing Director) who has experience in design, manufacturing, installation & commissioning of various types of Furnaces, Kilns, Lehrs & Dryers for over 25 years and is well known engineer in this field.
We are an ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015 ; ISO 45001:2018 & NFPA 86 Certified Company manufacturing indigenously.

We are associated with reputed refractory companies like TRL Krosaki Refractories Limited (Formerly Tata Refractories) from 1994 & Calderys India Refractories Limited ( Formerly ACC Refractories) from 1995 and have supplied them variety of sophisticated & automated kiln, dryer & furnace since then. We are serving almost all major refractories companies of India
You will be happy to know that we are the only Indian Manufacturer to design and supply Ovens & Lehrs for T.V. Picture Tube both Black & White and Colour. We are the first company in India to built Continuous Glass Annealing Furnace (Lehr) with 4.5 mtr. belt width. We have also made many Electrically Heated / Gas Fired Annealing & Decorating Lehr for Container Glass. We are the only Indian Company to manufacture Ceramic Kilns upto 1830°C . We are also the first company in the country to indigenously develop Continuous Push-bat type Sintering Furnace for special ceramics, working at 1800°C with Hydrogen atmosphere. We are also the only Indian manufacturer of Tunnel Kiln for Rebaking of Graphite Electrodes.
We have also modified various kilns to achieve energy saving. In many occasions we have reduced the energy consumption by 35% – 40%.
